The first character with a scythe (in the boat, immediately after Youmu and Yuyuko) is Komachi Onozuka (first appearance: Touhou 9). The second character with a scythe is Elly (first appearance: Touhou 4) who probably wouldn’t be in the video if the song weren’t her theme.
