		<description>&lt;b&gt;As I have only made ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; As I have only made 2 loaves of sourdough bread in my life, (which I did  this past week), never anything like this, I am quite sure that the dough knows more about it than I do. Talk about being intimidated!! Thanks for these videos. The more times I watch them the less intimidated I am. I am almost ready to try the 5# of flour, freeze some, bake some.... wow!</description>
