Fine Art Registry – Michigan Jury Trial-Day 11 and 12 – Hostile Witness Called!

Saturday, April 3rd, 2010

Fine Art Registry http://www.fineartregistry.com Park West Gallery attorney calls Fine Art Registry®, CEO Theresa Franks to the stand to testify on cross-examination. Charging in like a raging bull to tear out her jugular, but fails miserably in his attempt to make her look dreadful in the eyes of the jury. Like a boxer with both hands tied behind her back, FAR® and Theresa continue to fight the Monster PWG. The jury finally heard the other side in this exchange! Untie those hands and watch the fur fly! Truth will out. Bernard Ewell, “self-proclaimed Dali Detective” is on the stand next. This should be good.

The Academy of Fine Arts & ART FOR HUMANITY.

Thursday, April 1st, 2010

The mystery of life has always drawn me to
People & nature. It has so captivated met that I Feel an inner compulsion to draw my heart out.
There is a bubbling chatter going on in my head which I must capture on canvas in shapes and hues that will draw people, like a magnet to revel in its beauty. So I draw communing with my soul and letting
my fingers glide in the direction it must go.The themes are not preconceived, but just waiting to be born…….
Life is a Rope that Swings us through Hope,
Always believe Today is much Better than Yesterday and Tomorrow will be Better than Today!
Life gives Answers in Three ways,
It says YES and gives whatever u Want,
It says NO and gives u something Better
It says Wait and gives u the Best..alain

la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, Elmo’s song
la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, Elmo’s song
hello everybody, my name’s Elmo!
you want to know what Elmo doesn’t understand?
Big Bird! Elmo doesn’t understand Big Bird.
Why can’t Big Bird fly? Elmo thinks it’s extraordinary that Big Bird is a bird..but he doesn’t fly.
Elmo doesn’t know why Big Bird can’t fly.
I suppose one reason or explanation could be that the aerodynamics suggest that Big Birds lift would not be great enough………..fly.
Elmo knows other aminals that can fly.
Do you know other aminals that can fly?
Toucans can fly.
Parakeets can fly. hehe!
Elmo saw a movie once with a mammal that could fly.
It was called Batman!
………the joker.
He’s supposed to be this big shot..chaotic.
He thinks everything is a joke.
Always saying “why so serious?”
And he’s got all these……to do his dirty work for him because he’s too much of a coward to do it himself.
It’s crazy they haven’t even tried to kill him yet.
But i bet you they have.
It’s extraordinary how he lies and cheats his way out of everything.
And he’s always making up different stories about how he got those scars.
I bet he just made out with a porcupine.
He…………..but he still wears makeup.
He calls it war paint, but i know it’s makeup.
Just like a little girl.
Edward Cullen!
He’s just so hott!
Every girl I know thinks so, and every boy I know doesn’t know why.
That’s what I don’t understand.
I mean seriously, I don’t care if you can pee your name in cursive in the snow!
I don’t care!
………on one hand they’re supposed to be this this strong wall of protection keeping us away from harm.
But on the other hand, all they care about is football and their movies.
I mean, vampires, whoo!
And Star Wars.
And what’s with the Lord of The Rings and that creepy, crawly guy?
What’s his name again?
Smeagol!
…………………that’s what Smeagol doesn’t understand.
………………but they only want to make things better for them!
………………………oh no, they’re not.
………..lies, precious. Lies! ……….
Christians. That’s who I don’t understand.
They acknowledge their God with their with their lips, but live their everyday life like one big lie.
How can someone be two different kinds of people at once?
They claim to have something so Extraordinary, yet wouldn’t dare risking their own popularity by sharing it with someone like me.
They watch the same filthy movies as I do.
Use the same cuss words as me.
They even lead the same disgusting sinful life, which is no different from mine.
It’s like they have the cure for cancer, but simply choose not to share it.
I’ll tell you what, if they weren’t so hypocritical in their own lives, I would definitely be more interested in hearing about the redemption of this extraordinary God.
You want to know who I don’t understand?
Christians.

MICHAEL JACKSON PHOTOGRAPH EXHIBIT – DAVID W. STREETS BEVERLY HILLS FINE ART

Sunday, March 21st, 2010

Michael Jackson Exhibition Dedicates New Beverly Hills Gallery

Rare photographs of Michael Jackson with sister, Janet and brothers – Jackie, Marlon, Tito and Randy, will be exhibited and available to the public for the first time ever at David W. Streets Beverly Hills Fine Art. These rare photos, taken during August of 1978, give a glimpse into the life of Michael and his siblings at a time in their lives when they were all experiencing a new beginning in LA. The occasion was an exclusive photo session in Los Angeles by noted Celebrity Photographer, Gregg Cobarr, prior to the release of their first album, “Destiny”, for their new record label, Epic Records. These historical images were created at two locations around Los Angeles – the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and a private lake in Westlake Village.

Cobarr’s photos portray the innocence, the excitement, the tenderness and heart of Michael Jackson in a way only he can describe. “I wanted to make sure that Michael felt free to be himself”, states Cobarr, “so that I could truly capture the essence of Michael. I wanted people to get a sense of Michael for who he really was and now more than ever, this is truly the important aspect of the photographs and of the exhibit.” The public has never even seen most of the photos and they have never, ever been offered for sale to the public.

Gregg Cobarr has over thirty years of professional experience with such music industry clients as Columbia and Epic Records, Capitol, RCA, Curb and Warner Bros. In the T.V and film industry, he has worked with 20th Century Fox and Columbia Pictures. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Brooks Institute of Photography and a Masters of Fine Arts Degree from California Institute of the Arts. Gregg’s work has been published both nationally and internationally and recently, he has presented Master Classes in Europe as well as several exhibitions.

David W. Streets, owner of David W. Streets Beverly Hills Gallery has beena Celebrity Fine Art Dealer with an international reputation for over 25 years. Streets’ collectors include a diverse group ranging from American Presidents to major corporations to first time and serious collectors to foreign dignitaries and famous celebrities.

All images exhibited in the gallery are signed by Cobarr and include a Letter of Authenticity. Gallery owner, David Streets has decided to donate a portion of a special, very reasonably priced “Tribute Photo” to one of Michael’s charities. The Michael Jackson exhibit will open on Wednesday, July 8th. David W. Streets Beverly Hills Fine Art is open from 11 to 6 daily, Sunday by appointment, and located at 9411 S. Santa Monica Blvd., Beverly Hills, 90210. The gallery can be contacted at 310-275-3464 or by emailing David W. Streets to:
