Being in a relationship itself entails a lot of hardwork and commitment; and maintaining a long distance relationship is even harder. Not everyone is lucky and only a few make it until the end. I can say that I’m one of the lucky few who is able to survive a relationship that involves being thousand miles away from my special someone.

The most important long term relationship advice that I’ve ever heard is to build a strong foundation of friendship. It’s great to have a lover and friend in one person, makes life much easier and sweeter. Be kind and do stuff for each other. Also, when you are able to build a friendship with your partner, you get more comfortable and you are not terrified to let your guards down.

It is also packed with an abundant amount of amino acids. Countless studies have proven that the quinoa grain is one of the few grains which has complete protein. So the next time you eat your pasta, you can be assured that you are getting high quality protein instead of unbelievable amounts of carbohydrates. Your kid’s meal comes with a toy from the newest movie out. And so it starts, your kid wants to eat there every day so they can get the entire collection from the movie. Those are just teaser toys. Organic quinoa grain is a great replacement for rice as it is light and fluffy. It has that mild, somewhat nutty and earthy flavor (which is not a bad thing, really). This superfood is filled with protein, essential amino acids and fiber. It’s also a great source of phosphorous, magnesium and iron. No wonder the Incan Warriors valued the crop for the energy and stamina it provided them.

Hailed as one of the superfoods, quinoa is packed with high quality protein and 9 essential amino acids. This is such a great news for vegetarians! You don’t have to beat yourself up in eating Soy and Beans every single day to satisfy your protein needs. While it is true that these two are good sources of protein, they do not contain all the essential amino acids or what is commonly known as complete protein.
