|| Song: With Light There Is Hope – Princess One Point Five
Claude Monet & Pierre-Auguste Renoir – my favourite impressionism-drawers.
Not all pictures are pure Impressionism ( also new-(Neo-)impressionism / pointilism ).
But they’re all really beautiful in my eyes =)
I like impressionism because it’s a very flexible and soft art to apply the colour.
Very romantic ;D
My favourite painting is “Le petite Irène” (first painting after his portrait).
Btw, Monet had drawn so many pictures from the same place because when he went old he can’t see so much of the world anymore, so he tried to draw everything with an other daylight and perspective.
Sorry for my bad english again .

Live performances sync’d to the Peel session recording together with introductory Morrissey comment on Art
Morrissey on “Art” – To me modern art means absolutely nothing, I find no emotion, no gentility, no sensitivity in modern art. For me personally all the things that are of creative value occurred a long time ago. What makes me sad is that many people don’t really consider popular music to be an art form. Many people who are involved in the business, disc jockeys, journalists, people in record companies, they don’t consider popular music “rock music” to be an art form. I think it can be, and I think it can be THE greatest art form.

i found two descriptions for this art movement one says it was art about the war from artist like Otto Dix then i found something saying its more about using simple shaps to express reality or something like that i cant find any thing that will give me a clear answer
Post Expressionism is a form of art in which the artist expresses himself purely through the use of form and color. It is nonrepresentational, or non-objective, art, which means that there are no concrete objects represented. Centered in New York City 1946 through the 1960′s,it is now considered to be the first American artistic movement of worldwide importance, the term was originally used to describe the work of Arshile Gorky, Willem de Kooning, and Jackson Pollock. The focus is on the physical act of painting: see two groups – Action Painting and Color field painting at http://arthistory.heindorffhus.dk/frame-Style22-PostExpressionism.htm

Museum Web site and take a
virtual tour. Discuss this building and its use as a modern art museum.
This is your homework, right? Okay, but try the question in the architect forum and you might get a ton of brilliant answers.
